Our 100-Days Postpartum Program features access to our includes: 

• Access to SheRises Mommy University: The custom SheRises learning platform with mico-lessons focused on the well-being of mom and baby.
• Individual Support: Personalized in-home support from trained community health workers.
• Support Groups: A safe space for mothers to connect, share experiences, and receive peer support.
• Mental Health Services: Individual and group counseling to address postpartum depression, anxiety, and stress.
