 A curated, elevated postpartum care experience for expectant mothers ages 14-24.  Please keep an eye on this page for registration for our 2026 program.

The 6-week program includes:

• Individual Support: Personalized in-home support from trained community health workers.
• Support Groups: A safe space for mothers to connect, share experiences, and receive peer support.
• Mental Health Services: Individual and group counseling to address postpartum depression, anxiety, and stress.
• Infant Care Education: Guidance on infant feeding, sleep, and developmental milestones.
• Community Resource Connections: Assistance in accessing essential services
• Baby Items: Incentives for diapers, wipes, formula, nursing supplies, and more!
